KOUNTRY KUSTOMS RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to offer store credit for eligible returns.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be mailed back within 14 days of the delivery date. Items received after this period will not qualify for a return.

To be eligible for store credit, merchandise must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear
  • In original condition with all tags attached

Items showing evidence of deodorant marks, makeup, perfume, smoke, or other damage will not be accepted.

Shoes must be returned in their original box with all manufacturer labels and stickers intact.


Custom & Made-to-Order Hats

All custom and made-to-order hats are crafted specifically for you and are final sale — no returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

If your hat arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at kountrykustomsar@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos so we can make it right.


Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom & made-to-order hats
  • Accessories
  • Jewelry
  • Intimate apparel
  • Clearance merchandise
  • Promotional or special-offer items
  • Any item discounted 25% or more

All final sale purchases are non-returnable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning merchandise. Kountry Kustoms does not provide prepaid return labels.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns may be shipped using the carrier of your choice, including USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 3 days of delivery at kountrykustomsar@gmail.com.

Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

How to Return an Item

No return authorization is required.

Please review the return requirements above before mailing your return.

When returning merchandise:

  1. Securely package the item(s).
  2. Include your packing slip or order information.
  3. Provide a brief note explaining the reason for the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 2–3 business days for processing. Approved returns will be issued as store credit and sent to the email address used when placing the order.
